Role Hierarchy

Workspace Admin, Content Manager, Agent, and Viewer roles.

Entitlement Gating

Deterministic quota and feature enforcement without hidden charges.

Official APIs Only

100% compliance with Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest developer terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the Postlyn platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, company, or agency, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Multi-Tenant Workspaces & Role-Based Access Control

Postlyn provides isolated multi-tenant workspaces. Access within each workspace is strictly governed by our granular role hierarchy:

  • Workspace Admin: Manages connected social accounts, team memberships, billing subscriptions, and workspace configurations.
  • Content Manager: Generates, edits, drafts, and schedules multimedia posts across authorized channels.
  • Agent: Manages incoming engagement feeds, inbox interactions, and conversation triage.
  • Viewer: Holds read-only access to published feeds, performance analytics, and strategy reports.

Workspace Admins are responsible for managing access permissions and safeguarding invited member credentials.

3. Social Platform Integrations & Authorized Accounts

Postlyn interfaces directly with supported external platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) via official OAuth 2.0 authorization channels.

  • You affirm that you have the requisite permissions to link each social account to your workspace.
  • You acknowledge that platform availability, rate limits, and publishing policies are governed by the respective platform terms.
  • You may revoke Postlyn's authorization at any time either within Workspace Settings or directly via the respective platform security settings.

4. Universal AI Engine & BYOK Protocol

Postlyn allows tenants to configure customized AI inference backends (“Bring Your Own Key”) via standard OpenAI-compatible wire endpoints.

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and billing agreements of your chosen AI provider (e.g. OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Mistral, Ollama).
  • All supplied API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are used solely to execute automated requests initiated by your workspace users.
  • Postlyn does not use your private workspace prompts or generated media to train foundation models.

5. Subscription Lifecycles & Entitlement Engine

Our platform features an automated Super Admin Entitlement Engine that governs workspace access:

  • Subscription Status: Workspaces operate under defined statuses (TRIAL, ACTIVE, PAST_DUE, CANCELLED, EXPIRED). When expired, state-changing actions are automatically restricted until reactivation.
  • Quotas & Limits: Monthly publishing limits, AI token allocations, and connected account counts are bounded by your chosen plan tier. Reaching a quota prevents additional generations until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Postlyn to:

  • Publish defamatory, abusive, infringing, unlawful, or deceptive content.
  • Violate community guidelines, anti-spam policies, or automated publishing rules of connected social platforms.
  • Attempt to bypass multi-tenant isolation, reverse engineer backend endpoints, or probe platform security infrastructure.
  • Expose private network ranges or SSRF vectors via custom AI endpoint configurations.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

You retain 100% complete and exclusive ownership of all creative assets, images, brand guidelines, captions, and posts authored or uploaded by your team. Postlyn claims no intellectual property rights over your workspace content. Postlyn and its associated logos, designs, and source code remain the exclusive property of Postlyn Inc.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Postlyn is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we maintain 99.9% uptime architecture, we are not liable for downtime caused by third-party social network API interruptions, network failures, or upstream AI inference provider delays.
