1. Purpose & Applicability
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the mandatory rules and ethical standards governing your access to and use of Postlyn (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including all dashboard interfaces, AI Studio generators, scheduling queues, media storage buckets, and developer API endpoints. This policy applies to all workspace owners, team members, invited clients, and automated agents.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, draft, generate, schedule, or broadcast any media, captions, or campaigns that:
- Illegal Goods & Services: Promote illicit narcotics, unregulated pharmaceuticals, counterfeit goods, illegal gambling, or weapons trafficking.
- Hate Speech & Harassment: Promote violence, discrimination, dehumanization, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Exploitation & Adult Content: Depict child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAM), non-consensual sexual imagery, or non-compliant adult content.
- Fraud & Financial Scams: Disseminate pyramid schemes, phishing lures, deceptive get-rich-quick scams, unauthorized investment solicitations, or fraudulent giveaways.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Violate any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights without legitimate legal license.
3. Prohibited Automation & Platform Conduct
Postlyn is an authentic publishing and workflow management tool. You must never utilize Postlyn to:
- Engage in aggressive mass-following, mass-unfollowing, or unsolicited mass-commenting campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass external platform rate limits, publish caps, or spam filters enforced by Meta, LinkedIn, or Pinterest.
- Scrape, mine, or harvest private personal data or contact details of social platform users without verified consent.
- Deploy coordinated inauthentic behavior, astroturfing campaigns, or distribute political disinformation intended to mislead election processes.
4. AI Studio & Generative Intelligence Standards
When leveraging Postlyn's Universal AI Client wire protocol (including OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Mistral, or self-hosted LLMs):
- You may not generate synthetic media (deepfakes) intended to impersonate real individuals, defame public figures, or fabricate non-existent news events.
- You may not use AI prompts designed to bypass safety filters (jailbreaks) or craft malware, exploits, or phishing vectors.
- You acknowledge that all AI-generated drafts require human editorial verification prior to public distribution.
5. System Security & Network Defense
Users are strictly prohibited from compromising the security or availability of Postlyn services:
- Attempting Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) by supplying private, internal, or loopback IP ranges in AI inference or webhook configuration endpoints.
- Conducting unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks against Postlyn infrastructure.
- Sharing authentication tokens, API keys, or workspace credentials with unauthorized third parties.
6. Enforcement & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of this policy. In the event of a verified violation, we may issue formal warnings, temporarily suspend social channel integrations, disable AI Studio generation quotas, or permanently terminate the offending workspace without refund. Severe illegal conduct will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
7. Report an Abuse or Violation
If you encounter content or activity published via Postlyn that violates this policy, report it immediately to our trust & safety team:
