Social Channels & Meta API

Connecting Instagram Business, Facebook Pages, and managing API permissions.

To publish content and fetch analytics, Instagram requires a Professional (Business or Creator) account:

  1. Ensure your Instagram account is switched to Professional (Business or Creator) in the Instagram mobile app.
  2. Connect your Instagram account to a Facebook Page that you administer.
  3. In Postlyn, navigate to Workspace Settings → Connected Accounts and click Connect Instagram.
  4. Log in with your Facebook credentials and grant permissions for pages and Instagram accounts.
