1. General Information Purpose

The information, software tools, analytics dashboards, and artificial intelligence features provided by Postlyn (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are intended solely for general business workflow enhancement, creative drafting, and scheduled social media broadcast. We make no guarantees of specific audience growth, viral engagement, follower acquisition numbers, or financial revenue from using our platform.

2. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibility

Postlyn integrates a Universal AI Client wire protocol allowing connections to LLM inference backends (such as OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Mistral, or self-hosted Ollama endpoints):

• Creative Recommendations Only: AI-generated captions, content calendar concepts, hashtags, and marketing drafts are generative suggestions. Large language models may occasionally hallucinate or generate inaccurate factual statements.
• Human Review Required: You maintain sole and exclusive editorial responsibility to review, fact-check, and approve all AI-generated content before scheduling or publishing to public social media accounts.
• Regulatory & Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that published captions adhere to advertising disclosure laws (such as FTC guidelines, ASA regulations, and regional sponsor labeling rules).

3. Third-Party Platform API Dependencies

Postlyn publishes content through official developer APIs provided by external social networks (including Meta Graph API for Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn REST API, and Pinterest API):

• Platform Outages: We cannot be held liable for delayed or failed post publishing resulting from third-party social network downtime, token expirations, account security flags, or API service interruptions outside our direct control.
• Policy Changes & Rate Limits: Each external social platform enforces rate limits, automated publish cooldowns, and media format specifications. Postlyn respects these limits and cannot bypass provider-enforced account restrictions.

4. Analytics & Metric Thresholds

All performance metrics, engagement rates, impressions, and follower growth statistics rendered in Postlyn dashboards originate directly from connected platform APIs or genuine PostgreSQL workspace records. We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy on synthetic trendlines or fake dummy charts:

• Platform Thresholds: Certain external APIs require prerequisite account milestones (for example, Meta Graph API mandates a minimum of 100 followers before returning daily historical audience growth insights). In such cases, authentic zero or informational notices will be displayed rather than fabricated data points.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Postlyn, its founders, directors, employees, and licensors disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform, including any third-party account suspensions or content takedowns.
